Last week I was doing my gig as Spoken Word Canada’s National Slam Master at the Canadian Festival of Spoken Word. (That’s a lot of capitals. Oh well, I did used to run Capital Slam…)
While there I was billeted with a lovely family that includes Rob Malo, also known as Tibert.

Rob using storytelling as an educational tool, utilizing many different forms of media to do so. One of those is a beautifully illustrated comic, telling the story of Tibert, his Voyageur alter ego. The comic is art without words as Rob uses it to teach children how to tell the story their own way. (It also makes the package easily bilingual.

Rob is a good person and a talented storyteller. You can see more about him and his work at his website.
