After hinting at it a bit last collection, we are seeing more of the world outside Tokyo and how it is reacting to all that is going on. Tokyo gets kind of blown up yet again.
This is the last of the Epic edition that I bought. When I went back to it, I had to switch to a different volume… including buying one that exclusively features comics I already have. Sigh.
