Rusty’s Reading List 2024

This is the second in Scott McCloud’s trilogy about comics and while this one is interesting, Understanding felt timeless while this one feels dated. He was looking ahead a lot at the technological changes coming our way… which are no longer coming. It isn’t his fault. As soon as you try to look ahead and coming tech, your shelf life is very limited.
(I once worked at a place where the owner thought that selling used books on computer programming was a good idea. “Last year’s tech, TODAY!”)

But it still has lot so good stuff, but only get it if you loved Understanding Comics and want more (as I did).
